HotshotDispatchers runs HotshotDispatchers, a dispatch service for hotshot owner-operators and small hotshot fleets. We don't dispatch semis or box trucks. We dispatch pickups and medium-duty trucks pulling goosenecks, bumper pulls and car haulers, with or without a CDL.
What we do
The work on our side of the phone
A hotshot owner-operator has two jobs: driving and running a freight business. We take the second one off your plate. Our dispatchers search load boards and call our broker and shipper contacts, check every load against your weight ratings, negotiate the rate, send you the offer to approve, and then handle broker setup, rate confirmations, check calls and detention or TONU claims.
We're paid 7% of the gross on loads you haul (6% per truck for fleets of 2+, limited-time), so we only earn when you do. The full terms are on the pricing page, and the day-to-day process is on how it works.
We are a dispatch service working for the carrier. We are not a freight broker, not a load board, not an insurance agency, not a lender and not a law firm. Loads are booked under your own authority, and brokers pay you directly.

Five rules we work by
You approve every load
Nothing is booked without your OK. Every offer shows the rate, miles, weight and windows first.
The rate in the open
You see the broker's rate confirmation on every load; our fee is figured from that number.
Weight before rate
Every load is checked against your truck's and trailer's ratings before we negotiate it.
No promises we can't keep
We don't promise load counts, rates or income. We promise the work: searching, calling, negotiating.
Easy to leave
Month to month, 30 days notice, no setup fee.
