What this site is

HotshotDispatchers is a dispatch service for hotshot carriers. This website describes the service, lets you apply for it, and publishes guides and calculators. We are not a freight broker, load board, insurance agency, lender or law firm.

Dispatch service terms are separate

Applying on this site doesn't create a dispatch agreement. If you become a customer, the terms of the dispatch service (including the fee, how it's billed and how to cancel) are set out in the signed dispatch agreement, which governs if anything on this website differs from it. The summary on our pricing page is there to help you decide, not to replace that agreement.

Calculators are estimates

Our calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on each page. They are not legal, financial, tax, engineering or insurance advice. Weight and CDL results don't replace your manufacturers' ratings, a certified scale, or the rules that apply in your state.

Guides are general information

Our guides are written to be accurate on the date shown, with links to official sources. Rules, fees and prices change, and your situation may differ. No promises about loads or income

Nothing on this site promises a number of loads, a rate, a rate increase or income. Freight markets change.
