What we collect

When you apply or ask for a callback: your name, mobile phone number, email, the setup you run (non-CDL, CDL, gooseneck or bumper pull), number of trucks, whether you have MC authority and its number, your home base or preferred lanes, any note you add, and your consent to be contacted.

When you send a contact message: your name, phone number or email, and your message.

Automatically: the page you applied from, the page you first landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (kept in a first-party cookie named hd_src for 30 days), your device type, and the time of your request. Our analytics tool counts visits and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you.

Calculators: numbers you enter in our calculators stay in your browser. They are not sent to us. If you use a calculator's share link, the numbers are placed in that link's address, which you control.

Form drafts: while you fill in the application, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so you don't lose them. They are cleared when you submit or close the browser session.

Why we use it

• To contact you about dispatch services, as you asked, by phone, text and email.
• To review your application and set up dispatch if you choose to go ahead.
• To understand which pages help people, and to keep our forms free of spam and fraud.

We contact you by phone or text only with the consent you give on our forms. Consent is not a condition of service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use service providers that process information for us, under their own security and privacy terms:

• An email delivery service, to send your application to our desk and your confirmation to you.
• Cloudflare, for site delivery, security and the Turnstile check that blocks automated form spam.
• Our website host and a privacy-focused analytics service.

If you become a dispatch customer, we share your carrier details with freight brokers to set you up and book loads you approve. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact information as long as we need it to respond, provide dispatch, and keep business and legal records. If you don't become a customer, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of several US states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with consumer privacy laws, have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone who uses our site. We won't treat you differently for making a request. To make one, use the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site and calculators still work without them.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Forms are sent over encrypted connections. We limit access to lead information to the people who need it, and we don't write full personal details into our system logs.
